If this is your first cleaning with us, we would require to start with a Deep Clean and then you can switch to a Standard Cleaning schedule at the frequency that best fits your needs. The first cleaning service brings a home up to a specific standard that’s why our initial cleaning may take longer and cost a little more than the recurrent services.
Typically, we send three of four people to a cleaning. (depending on the size of your house). We value your time, and we know you want to spend time on what is more important for you. We focus on specific areas of your house per person to do it as efficient and productive as possible for you. There is always a lead member to ensures accountability with the service.
It is up to you. Many of our customers are not at home during their cleanings and we prioritize the security of our clients' homes. Instead of us holding the keys, we kindly request that our customers provide a lockbox where they can store their house key securely inside the lockbox outside their residence.
Once we finish the cleaning service, we will return the key to the lockbox and lock it securely. By following this procedure, we aim to ensure the safety of our clients' homes while still providing convenient access for our cleaning team.
In the unfortunate event that a client chooses to leave a door unlocked or place a key in an unsecured location, Insta-Dazzle cannot be held liable for any damages or theft that may occur.
In order to give you the best value, we ask you to take a few minutes to pick up clothing, toys and other household items and to load dirty dishes into your dishwasher
The Insta-Dazzle Squad will not know where your personal items belong, and we prefer that they do not go into your closets or drawers to put things away.
Please remember we clean. We do not organize messy rooms. If a room is disorganized with clothes, toys everywhere we will need to skip that room.
We will do our best, but this doesn’t always work out. Our squad members know how to perform the same consistent service and quality. Additionally, we would like to have 2-3 crew members familiar with your home in case of vacations, absences, sickness.
Simply call us 2 business days in advance so we have enough time to book another cleaning service and not affect our Insta-Dazzle squad members losing work hours.
Please note that if our team shows up to clean and no notice to cancel or reschedule was given, you will be charged a 50% of the service price.
Our quality supervisor randomly inspects at least 20% of the houses we clean. They will do it after the Insta-Dazzle squad leaves or may give you a call to let you know they are on their way. We also love feedback, so please let us know how we did it by calling our office or leaving a review in NextDoor, Yelp or Google
If your home has a security system, please provide us with the code and steps necessary for us to turn off the alarm. We will reset the alarm when we leave. Alternatively, you may want to disable it on the day of your scheduled clean.
We require a credit card be placed on file with us to book and secure payment for our services. However, if you prefer, we only use the card as a “back up payment method” and would rather pay electronically (zelle), or cash, simply give our office a call and we’ll make special arrangements. All payments are due at the time services are rendered.
If you are happy with your cleaning service and want to show appreciation to your Squad Gratuity is accepted and appreciated, but never expected.
For those who choose to tip, a common amount is 15-20% of your total cleaning fee.

Every time you recommend us with a friend or neighbor, and they purchase a recurrent cleaning service for a minimum of 6 months; they get $20 off on their first cleaning and you get $20 off on your next house cleaning service or any extra cleaning service you request. (Refrigerator or Oven cleaning)
We recognize that we are not always perfect and sometimes our team may miss something. Please call us within 24 hours and will return to correct the mistake at no additional charge.
We take pride in our work and if we miss something, please let us know so that we can correct that oversight as quickly as possible.
All of our cleaning service charges are final, we do not offer refunds on services that have been provided.

Unless it is the first service of the day (8:00AM), we provide a 3-hour window to schedule cleaning service throughout the day. If you have a more specific time need, please call our office for arrangements.
Our staff have the experience to take the utmost care while cleaning; however, accidents do occasionally happen. If an item is damaged, we will inform you asap to make arrangements for repair or replacement. We are fully insured so if necessary, an insurance claim will be filed to reimburse you.
No. Cleaning products and supplies are provided at no charge to you. If customer wants specific cleaning brands or items, please let the cleaning squad know and they will discuss with their supervisor. Remember Cleaners technicians know how to handle certain chemicals and brads and we can not accept to manage other brands they are not knowledgeable with. If Supervisor approves, we will let you know. Please note we don’t provide any type of toilet paper or paper towel; we also do not provide trash bags.

Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am – 2:00pm
Office hours are:
Monday through Friday 8:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday from 8:00am – 5:00pm
If you require service on different times or on Sunday, please give us a call I we will talk with our crewmembers to find the best option for you.
If you think your pet could become overly anxious while we clean your house, we recommend that you leave him or her outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our professional housecleaners.
